According to sources, BJP can promise to provide electricity and water 5 times cheaper in its manifesto. The big thing is that in that election, the Congress, which has been in power in Delhi for 15 years, did not even get a seat. In the 2015 assembly elections, the AAP got 54 per cent, BJP 32 per cent and Congress 10 per cent.
