The employment fair will be organized for students of the third year as well as with the counseling of the students . This employment fair will be held in the college campus itself where many companies will be called for the placement.Students will be able to get placements from the campus itself. The college administration has started work on this plan.
First Career counseling cell was maintained for students in the degree college. This made the job easier for the students. Many students got jobs in big companies right from the college campus. But it was not working for the past several months. Many times when a student could not get a job, he used to sit home disappointed. In view of such students, the college administration has again decided to form a career counseling cell.
According to the college administration, three professors will be placed in the career counseling cell. Third year students will be registered. On the arrival of the companies, students will be called by sending a message. Along with this, the Career Counseling Cell will also provide students a class of scenario development. This will increase confidence among students. They will be benefited during the job.
Degree College Principal Dr. Manju Sharma said that the career counseling cell will be re-activated from next month. It aims to give the right direction to the career of the students. Keeping in mind the interest of the students here, they will be given guidance for better career. At the same time, the manager of the Career Counseling Cell will contact the different companies and create employment fairs in the campus. Even before the career counseling cell was organized in the college, employment fairs were held, which resulted in a very good result.
