The Afghan security forces carried out a major operation against the terrorists in the last 24 hours. More than 100 terrorists are claimed to have been killed in this operation. Apart from this, 45 terrorists have been reported injured. Security forces carried out 18 operations in 15 states. 5 terrorists have also been detained in this operation.
Afghanistan's Defense Ministry said, "We have killed 109 terrorists in 18 operations in 15 provinces of Afghanistan for the last 24 hours." 45 terrorists have been injured in this and 5 suspects have been arrested. No information has been given by the Ministry of Defense about which organization all the terrorists belonged to.
