Rostec Corporation CEO Sergei Chemezov has established that Russia was forced to obliterate all delivered to China S-400 missile after a vessel transporting these got caught in a tempest.
Speaking at a press meeting at the IDEX 2019 military showing, Chemezov said that Russia had long ago signed an indenture with China for the provider of S-400 system with anti-aircraft missiles.
