Mobile internet services were snapped at more than thirty places on Thursday, the second day after three terrorists were killed during an encounter in Srinagar. The agencies have taken this step in view of the nuisance and to stop the violence.

Three terrorists were going in the car were killed

Security forces killed three Lashkar-e-Taiba affiliate organizations The Resistance Front's (TRF) top commander Mehran Yasin Shalla and two of his accomplices, who were travelling in a car under the Rambagh flyover.

At around 4.50 pm, three suspects were seen leaving in a WagonR car. When the security forces tried to stop them, they tried to run away by firing. But alert security forces exercised restraint in the busy area and killed all three in a brief encounter.

The security forces achieved this success by taking limited and precise action. During this, there was a situation of the stampede in the area for some time. The security forces resumed traffic shortly after.

The IG said that the slain TRF commander Mehran was also involved in the killing of teacher Deepak Chand and Sikh woman principal Supinder Kaur in Srinagar's Idgah area on October 7, 2021. Apart from this, a case of involvement in the murder of many more innocent civilians is also registered against him. He is a resident of the Kani Mazar area of ​​Srinagar.

143 terrorists killed so far this year, many commanders also killed

So far, 143 terrorists have been successfully eliminated in the various operations in the valley this year. Among them are many commanders of different organizations. All organizations including Lashkar, Jaish, Hizbul and TRF have suffered heavy losses.
