During this, NCB arrested Aryan Khan and produced him before the magistrate from where he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. NCB officials say that they recovered 13 grams of cocaine, five grams of MD, 21 grams of charas, 22 tablets of MDMA, and Rs 1.33 lakh in cash from Cruise during the raid. NCB says that no drug was found from Aryan Khan.

20 people arrested in Cruise Drugs Case

Apart from Aryan Khan, seven other accused were also arrested during this raid. A total of 20 people, including foreign nationals, have been arrested in this case. During the hearing in the court in the past, Aryan Khan's lawyer Satish Manshinde argued that since the drug has not been recovered from his client nor is he involved in selling and buying drugs, he should be granted bail. While NCB claims that Aryan's involvement in the drug nexus has come to the fore by watching the WhatsApp chat.

Aryan said – Will do good work in future

During the 'counseling of Aryan Khan by the NCB officials', Aryan said that he will work for the welfare of the poor and will not do any such work in the future, which will spoil his name. During counseling by NCB regional director Sameer Wankhede and social activists, Aryan said that after his release, he would work for the financial upliftment of the poor.
