Dry red chilies 4-5

Onion 1 (chopped)

Salt to taste

Oil 4 teaspoons

Turmeric a spoon

Coriander powder a teaspoon

Cumin powder a teaspoon

How to make Dosa:

Step 1. To make the dosa recipe, wash rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a separate bowl, add water and soak for 4-5 hours. After the time, remove the excess water from it and put the soaked rice and 2 teaspoons of water in the mixer jar to make a perfect batter.

Step 2. Now add fenugreek and urad dal in a mixer jar and prepare the batter. To make the perfect batter, add water as required. Now put both these mixture in a large bowl and mix it with a spoon. Now cover the bowl for 4-5 hours and keep it in a warm place.

Step 3. After a certain time, you will see that the batter is full and doubled. If this batter is too thick, then add some water and mix it with a spoon and keep it aside. Till then start the process of making potato masala. Boil the potatoes and peel them off and mash them.

Step 4. To make potato masala, add oil to the pan and heat it. Now put mustard and curry leaves in hot oil, fry till it breaks, then add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes soft. Now add chilli, salt, turmeric and fry, then add boiled potatoes and mix well. Now add cumin and coriander powder and fry for 1 minute, then turn off the gas. Potato masala is ready.

Step 5. Now heat a little oil on a non-stick pan, put a spoonful of two-well batter on a hot pan and spread it in a round shape with a spoon. When you feel that the dosa is cooked from the bottom, then lift it from the sides and flip it and cook it a little. Now turn again and wrap one spoonful of potato masala in the middle. Now prepare all the dosas in the same way.

Step 6. It is necessary to have a good quality pan to make the dosa, otherwise the batter does not spread well when pouring the dosa batter on the pan. Serve and eat the prepared dosa with coconut chutney in your family.
