A case of sexual harassment has come to light in Jodhpur's Divisional Railway Manager's office. A senior railway official working in Jodhpur has been accused of sexual harassment by a woman working in the DRM (Digital Rights Management) office. The victim's family met the DRM and made a complaint in writing, apprising them of the whole matter. After this, the woman DRM, who came into action, has sent the accused officer on forcefully leave. Also, the transfer of this officer from Jodhpur has been recommended to the above officers.
According to sources, a woman working in the Digital Rights Management office has accused Ashok Chaudhary. The material manager posted in the same office, of harassing herself. It is also alleged that the officer is doing her sexual extortion. The woman ignored his actions several times. This increased the courage of the officer. Eventually, fed up, he sent a complaint letter to Divisional Railway Manager Geetika Pandey in the hands of his family members.
Geetika, the first lady Divisional Railway Manager of Jodhpur took it very seriously. He listened to the whole story of the victim's family. During this, he also spoke to the victim on the phone. After this, he called a meeting of all the top railway officials in the evening. Yesterday, a working accountant was caught taking a bribe of four thousand rupees in the DRM office.
The DRM has strongly reprimanded all the officers and made it clear that any kind of negligence is not acceptable in them. Officers and employees should improve their attitude. If it is not possible for someone to do this, then they should get themselves transferred elsewhere. Otherwise, we will have to get into action mode.
Very upset with the allegation of sexual harassment on one of his officers, DRM Geetika Pandey forcibly sent the accused officer on leave late at night. At the same time, he has sent a letter to the top officials sitting in Jaipur, demanding that this officer be transferred from Jodhpur to another place immediately. An attempt was made to talk to the DRM about this, but due to the holiday, he could not talk to him.
