The demand for the vaccine has increased worldwide after the rapid increase in cases of the delta variant. All countries want to vaccinate their population as soon as possible, but due to the lack of vaccines, the demand is not being met. In such a situation, now China is planning to dominate the vaccine market.

Chinese President Xi Jinping said that he would try to deliver 2 billion vaccines to different countries of the world by the end of this month. However, Jinping did not say how much of this vaccine will be sold by China and how much will be given to poor countries for free. It has also not been disclosed how the vaccine will be supplied.

Vaccine doses are supplied

Jinping has pledged to donate $100 million in vaccine doses under the International Vaccine Program. The name of this program is COVAX, which is being run by the World Health Organization (WHO). Under this program, vaccine doses are supplied to the poor countries of the world.
