BJP-TMC Came Face to Face With Corona Relief Material in Bengal

In West Bengal, the BJP and TMC leaders were seen criticizing each other for the whole year, but to fight the corona epidemic, the leaders of all parties are coming together to forget the differences and the BJP and Bengal police came face to face in distributing relief material among the people during the lockdown in Bengal.

Sabyasachi Dutta, former Mayor of Bidhannagar Corporation of Bengal and BJP leader, has been distributing food among the poor-laborers in their area for the last two days amid the lockdown. But Bengal Police officials have asked Sabyasachi Dutta to stop distributing relief material over the phone. However, they say that TMC leaders are also distributing food in their respective areas, but the administration is not telling them anything.

Dutta says that he has been told through the local police that if he continues the work of distributing food, then he can be arrested. Dutta alleges that the police are doing all this at the behest of the TMC leader. It is said that TMC leaders are resorting to police instead of coming forward themselves.

Leaders and MLAs of all parties including TMC in Bengal are distributing food to the poor and people in distress in their areas every day during lockdown. In this episode, BJP leader Sabyasachi Dutta has been distributing food and breakfast packets to the poor and laborers in their area every day for the past two days around 10:30 am after the lockdown.

The Bengal Police has warned them of arrest for distribution of food. In such a situation, on Tuesday, Datta continued the program of food distribution like the first two days. In this situation, it is to be seen what action the Bidhannagar police takes against the former mayor.

Actually, Sabyasachi Dutta was elected mayor in 2016 by winning from TMC. But last year, he joined BJP in Amit Shah's presence. In the assembly elections to be held in Bengal in 2021, the BJP candidate is considered a candidate. From this region, veteran leader of TMC and minister in Mamta government, Sudeep Ghosh comes.
