Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched a specially designed crash course for Covid warriors today. Under this, 1 lakh people will be equipped with skills and they will be taught new things.

Under this program, Prime Minister Modi told the people of the country that with every precaution, we have to increase the preparedness of the country to deal with the challenges ahead. With this goal, today a great campaign to prepare about one lakh front line Covid Warriors is starting in the country. PM Modi said that this course will be completed in two to three months, so these people will also be available for work immediately.

Frontline workers will get many benefits under this campaign

PM Modi further said that under the special training program of frontline workers, candidates will get free training, a certificate of Skill India, a food and accommodation facility, a stipend with on-the-job training, and accident insurance of Rs. 2 lakhs for certified candidates.

Workers will get employment opportunities

PM Modi further said that after completion of the special training program of COVID-19 Healthcare Frontline Workers, candidates will be able to work in Primary Health Centers, Community Health Centers, Health Facilities, and Hospitals under the arrangement of DSC/SSDM.

An amount of Rs 273 crore was allocated for this program

PM Modi informed that the special training program for COVID-19 healthcare frontline workers has been designed as a special training program under the central component of PMKVY 3.0 and an amount of Rs 273 crore has also been allocated for this.

Anganwadi workers played an important role in the vaccination campaign

PM Modi said that our ASHA, ANM, Anganwadi, and village health workers have played a big role in successfully running the vaccination campaign in remote areas, hilly and tribal areas in preventing the spread of infection in villages.

Youth will also get employment opportunities said, Modi

Prime Minister Modi said that in the second wave of Coronavirus, we have seen what kind of challenges the ever-changing nature of this virus can bring in front of us. This virus is still among us and there is a possibility of it being mutated. PM Modi said that this campaign will also give new energy to the frontline force of our health sector fighting Covid and new employment opportunities will also be created for our youth.

PM Modi said that this epidemic has repeatedly tested the potential of every country, every institution, every society, every family, every human being in the world. At the same time, this epidemic has also alerted us to expand our capabilities as science, government, society, institution, and individual.
