Bahujan Samaj Party's national president Mayawati has paid tribute to Babasaheb Ambedkar. On the occasion of Baba Saheb's birth anniversary, Mayawati has issued a statement saying that she expresses respect to Babasaheb on behalf of BSP and crores of followers.
Mayawati said that Baba Saheb Ambedkar spent his whole life providing respect to Dalit, Adivasi and other marginalized communities. With this, Mayawati said that Bahujan Samaj Party was formed in 1984 to fulfill Baba Saheb's dreams.
Today, on April 14, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Babasaheb Ambedkar, tribute is being paid to him in different parts of the country, from President Ram Nath Kovind to Prime Minister Narendra Modi have paid tribute to Babasaheb.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted and wrote, 'A humble tribute to Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on his birth anniversary on behalf of all citizens.' With this, PM Modi also shared a video, in which some of his footage is also part of PM Modi's speech.
At the same time, President Ramnath Kovind tweeted, 'Tribute to Bhimrao Ambedkar on his birth anniversary! Dr. Ambedkar, our Constitution-craftsman, has always strived for a society based on justice and equity. Come, all of us, taking inspiration from his great personality and life values, resolve to imbibe his ideals.
