177 New Cases of Coronavirus Reported in Rajasthan, 4924 Total Infected

On Saturday, 177 more cases of corona virus were reported in Rajasthan, taking the total number of people infected with this deadly virus to 4924 in the state. There have been 122 new cases in Jaipur alone, out of which 116 have been found in the infected Jaipur District Jail.

A total of 122 cases arose in Jaipur, 21 in Dungarpur, nine in Udaipur, six in Bhilwara, four in Ajmer, two in Sirohi and one in Kota, Jhunjhunu and Bharatpur till 2 pm on Saturday. Of the 122 new cases in Jaipur, 116 have come from the district jail itself. The total number of infected people has so far been 1507 in Jaipur city.

It is noteworthy that more than 200 new infected have been reported in the state on the same day. At the same time, the total number of people who died due to corona virus in the state has increased to 125. In Jaipur, the death toll from corona virus infection has gone up to 63 while 17 patients have died in Jodhpur and 10 in Kota. However, officials say that in most of the cases the patients were also suffering from some other serious disease.
