Evacuation Operation Will Continue in Afghanistan as Countries Issued Joint Statement

The migration of Afghan people and foreign nationals from Afghanistan will continue. About 100 countries, including the US, in a joint statement, said the Taliban had assured Afghan people and their citizens to leave the country safely. The statement was issued by the US Department of State. Also, the United States has said it will continue to provide Afghan citizens with travel documents. We are confident that the Taliban will adhere to their statement that civilians can leave Afghanistan. However, the Taliban themselves have made a public statement on this.

To date, 1,13,500 people have been evacuated

The Americans evacuated about 2000 people from Kabul airport in the last 24 hours. The White House said on Saturday that 1,400 people had been evacuated by 11 U.S. military planes and that 600 had been deported from seven countries. He said on Friday that 4,000 people had been evacuated from 32 U.S. military planes. Under an agreement reached with the US, the Taliban have said they will allow Afghan immigrants or nationals to leave the country. The US and its allies deported 1,13,500 people from Afghanistan in the past two weeks, but thousands are still waiting to leave the country.

American troops have been evacuated from the airport

The United States has withdrawn its troops from the airport gate for fear of being attacked. Now the responsibility for the security of these gates has now been handed over to the Taliban. Earlier, the US ambassador to Kabul asked all American citizens near the airport, airport gate, home affairs department, and the gate near the Panjshir petrol station, to leave immediately. In line with this, people have been asked to be vigilant at all times, especially in densely populated areas, to follow the instructions of local authorities, including the rules of the clock.

The process of removing the remaining people is in the final stage

The US has accelerated the process of withdrawing its remaining troops and Afghan civilians from Afghanistan. The Pentagon said the remaining U.S. troops were at Kabul airport and would be withdrawn before Tuesday. Western security officials said on Sunday more than 1,000 people were waiting to leave the airport before the military withdrew. An official sent to the airport said, "We want to make sure that all foreigners and everyone at risk leave here." The United States has announced the withdrawal of all its troops on August 31.
