The coronavirus epidemic continues wreaking havoc worldwide. So far, 1 crore 46 lakh 40 thousand 349 people have been infected with coronavirus in the world. Of these, 87,34,789 have been cured or discharged. On the other hand, 6,08,856 people have lost their lives. Russia reported 600 new cases of infection in the last 24 hours. With this, the number of infected here has reached 7,77,846. In the last 24 hours, 3258 people have been cured. So far, more than 5 lakh people have become healthy in the country.

Brazil: Over 79 thousand deaths

The Latin American country Brazil has reported 23,529 new cases in the last 24 hours. So far, around 21 lakh cases have been confirmed in the country. 716 people have died here in one day. The death toll has reached 79,488. More than 1.4 million people in Brazil have fully recovered from the infection.

Israel: more than 50,000 cases

In Israel, 670 new infections have been reported in 24 hours. With this, the number of patients has increased to 50,035. Israel is one of the few countries in the world that has overcome the epidemic to a great extent, but it has seen a spurt in new cases in last few days. The death toll has risen to 409 here. So far, 21,589 people have been completely cured in the country. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has given instructions to prioritize goods made in the country, so that the economy can be encouraged.

Australia: Help for farmers through loan scheme

The government has said that the farmers whose earnings have been affected by the epidemic, the government will help them through the loan scheme. An already ongoing scheme has been expanded for this. The country's Treasurer Josh Frydenberg announced it on Monday. The plan was to end in September 2020. However, it has now been extended to June 2021.

Britain: Government contracts with vaccine companies

Britain's business secretary Alok Sharma said on Monday that the government has tied up with three companies to get the corona vaccine first. The government will collect 9 crore vaccines from these companies. With their help, lakhs of people of the country can be vaccinated soon. Priority will be given to medical staff and other frontline employees.
