America: Vice-Presidential candidate Kamala Harris postpones all tour
In the US, the communications director of the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate campaign and staff of her flight have been found infected with the coronavirus. Harris’ campaign manager Jane O’Malley Dillon gave this information. He told that Kamala did not come in contact with the staff. However, she has postponed all her tours. Kamala has undergone tests twice after the staff got infected. Her report has come back negative.
France: 30,000 new cases reported in 24 hours:
In France, 30,621 cases were reported in the last 24 hours. This is by far the highest figure since the epidemic began. Home Minister Gerald Darmanin said on Friday that curfew will be strictly enforced in all major cities of the country from Saturday. For this, 12 thousand police personnel will be deployed. So far, 8,09,684 have been infected in the country and more than 33 thousand deaths have also been reported. On Wednesday, curfew was announced in 8 states including the capital Paris.
Germany: Situation critical
German Chancellor Angela Merkel made it clear on Wednesday night that the situation had become critical due to the second wave of infection in the country.
