The cases of coronavirus are decreasing steadily in India. According to the latest data from the Union Health Ministry, 15,968 new cases reported in the last 24 hours in the country. During this period, 202 people have lost their lives due to this deadly virus. Along with this, active cases are also decreasing continuously. Apart from this, the recovery rate has also increased to more than 96.5 percent.
According to the Union Health Ministry, 1,04,95,147 cases of corona have been reported so far in the country. So far 1,01,29,111 people have been recovered, while there are currently 2,14,507 active cases in the country. The death toll due to coronavirus in India has reached 1,51,529.
Increase in Recovery rate continues:
The recovery rate in the country is increasing steadily. In the last 24 hours, 17,817 people have recovered in the country. This has increased the recovery rate to 96.51%. At the same time, the number of active cases of coronavirus is decreasing in the country. There has been a decrease of 2051 active cases in the last 24 hours. India’s mortality rate currently stands at 1.44%.

Over 18.30 Crore Tests conducted so far:
The number of coronavirus testing in the country is also increasing. According to data released by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 18,34,89,114 samples have been tested in the country till January 12, of which 8,36,227 tests were conducted yesterday.
Rajasthan: 293 cases in the last 24 hours
Within the last 24 hours, 293 cases reported in the state. At the same time, 675 people recovered. So far, 3.13 lakh people have been infected. Of these, 3.04 lakh people have been cured, while 2739 patients have died. There are currently 6200 active cases in the state.
