Novak Djokovic and Jelena have decided to give one million euros to Serbia to fight the coronavirus.

Serbian veterans tennis players Novak Djokovic and Jelena have announced on social media that they will donate one million euros, or about 125 million to the government of Serbia, by the Novak Foundation to buy medical equipment for the country. Novak Djokovic wrote on Twitter, "My wife Jelena Djokovic and I have decided to donate 1 million euros to Serbia to buy medical equipment to fight Covid 19 through the Novak Foundation. We are together."

Coronavirus, originated from Wuhan city of China, has engulfed the world. Talking only about Serbia, there have been 659 cases of Coronavirus so far, of which 42 people have been cured, but 10 people have died in this small country. The number of deaths worldwide has so far crossed 27 thousand. According to reports, 10 people have died in Serbia on March 29, according to Indian time, while 27451 people have lost their lives due to this epidemic worldwide.
