Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh has praised former Pakistani all-rounder Shaheed Afridi's efforts to help poor people during the coronavirus epidemic. Harbhajan tweeted on Wednesday, "May God bless us all, doing a great job for humanity. May you have more strength, pray for the good of the world. "
Afridi replied to this, "Humanity is the biggest. Thank you Bhajji for your good things. The world will have to be one in this hour of crisis. It is our collective responsibility that at this time we help the poor and the needy in every way possible."
Afridi posted some pictures on his Twitter handle on Tuesday. In this, he is telling people about soap, food items and ways to prevent coronavirus. He wrote, "Day 3 of serving the needy: packs containing disinfectant soap, material, food & a sheet on preventative measures to take to avoid the contraction & spread of #CoronaVirus were included, with advice to stay at home. Let's pull together & serve others too."
