The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Toshiro Muto of the Tokyo Olympics admitted that the organizers are deeply concerned about the potential impact of the corona virus on the Games to be held this year.

Toshiro Muto said that he hoped that it would be settled in China soon so that anxiety would be reduced before the Olympics. He said before the meeting with the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), 'We are very concerned that the infection of the virus may affect the preparations for the Games. I expect it to be cure as soon as possible. We will cooperate fully to protect the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the Government of Japan and the city of Tokyo from this disease. '
