Apurvi Chandela wrote on Twitter, "I pledge to contribute 3 Lakhs to PM CARE Fund and 2 Lakhs to Rajasthan Chief Minister's Relief Fund. India can, and will fight this pandemic. ."
On Wednesday, the All India Football Federation also decided to donate 25 lakh rupees for PM Cares to fight against the coronavirus.
