India has been witnessing a gradual decrease in daily coronavirus cases. According to the latest data from the Union Health Ministry, India reported 60,471 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the cumulative count of the cases to 2,95,70,881. With 2726 deaths in the last 24 hours, the death toll has increased to 3,77,031.
The country also witnessed 1,17,525 recoveries in the last 24 hours taking the cumulative recoveries to 2,82,80,472. With this, the country's recovery rate has increased to 95.64%. On the other hand, India's mortality rate stands at 1.28%.
There has been a steady decline in active cases of coronavirus in the country. According to the latest data of the Union Health Ministry, in the last 24 hours, the active cases in the country have been reduced by 59,780. Meanwhile, the number of active cases in the country stands at 9,13,378. The active cases rate in India stands at 3.09 %.
According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 17,51,358 samples were tested across the country on Monday. Meanwhile, a total of 38,13,75,984 samples have been tested so far till June 14.
Meanwhile, mass vaccination against COVID-19 is underway in the country. According to the latest data from the Union Health Ministry, so far 25,90,44,072 people have been vaccinated in the country. Out of this, 39,27,154 vaccines were administered in the last 24 hours.
On Tuesday, 131 coronavirus cases reported in the state. Meanwhile, 355 people recovered and 16 died. So far, 14.31 lakh people have been infected here. Of these, 14.03 lakh have cured, while 24,839 patients lost their lives. Currently, there are 3,226 patients who are undergoing treatment.

Of these, 9.34 lakh people have been cured, while 8,842 patients have died. At present, 6,467 patients are undergoing treatment.
