The number of corona patients in the country has now crossed 6 lakh mark, whereas according to the Worldometer, the total number of patients in the country is 6 lakh 5 thousand 220 right now, in which 17 thousand 848 people have died. Surprisingly, the number of corona patients in the country is increasing rapidly and within the last 20 days, more than 3 lakh cases have been reported.
On June 12, the total number of patients in the country had crossed 3 lakh figure and around 9 thousand people also died. Just 9 days later, on 20 June, the number of patients crossed 4 lakh figure and about 13 thousand people also died. Six days later, on 26 June, the number of patients crossed 5 lakh mark and about 16 thousand people died.
In just 6 days in the country, one lakh more cases of corona have been reported and till July 2, the number of patients crossed 6 lakh mark and about 18 thousand people died. That is, half of the total corona cases in the country have come up in the last 20 days. However, during this period, the number of patients recovering from corona has also increased.
By 12 June, 1 lakh 54 thousand patients had won the battle against Corona and on June 20, this figure has increased to 2 lakh 27 thousand. On June 26, the figure of those who defeated Corona in the country reached close to 3 lakhs, right now the number of patients recovered from corona has reached close to 3 lakh 60 thousand.
India is currently at number four in the maximum Corona cases. More cases than India are in America, Brazil and Russia, however, with the speed at which cases are increasing in India, it seems that in the next two to three days, India will overtake Russia. At present, there are more than 1 crore 8 lakh cases in the whole world, in which more than 5 lakh people have died.
