Telangana Chief Minister KCR issued an order that 50 thousand people should be tested for coronavirus within a week to 10 days in 30 assembly constituencies of Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal, Sangareddy, and Vikarabad districts.
In Sangareddy district, 19 people of the same family have been found infected with the coronavirus. Health Department officials gave this information on Saturday, they said that a 55-year-old woman resident of Zahirabad was admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad earlier this week with multiple problems. On June 9, she was sampled for Coronavirus screening and died the same day. The woman was buried on 10 June and 25 people attended the funeral.
Meanwhile, coronavirus infection was confirmed on June 10 in a woman's sample examined. After this, all the relatives of the woman were kept in isolation in a government hospital here and their samples were sent to Hyderabad for examination, officials said. They said that on Friday, investigation reports of 19 family members came out and all were found infected with Coronavirus, whereas, the report of six people is still awaited.
