Due to better recovery of corona patients, active cases have come down to the lowest after five months. However, the situation still remains grim in some states. Also, the common mutation of the virus continues to strengthen the chances of new threats. After about 150 days, the number of active patients has dropped to 3,18,181 now. The effective rate in the country is 0.95 percent. Apart from this, the corona detection rate also increased rapidly, now at 97.72 percent.

The corona virus can also cause the problem by spreading through the air. According to scientists from the University of Maryland, USA, the Corona variant grows its family by spreading it in the air and strengthening itself further. This can increase the risk of infection. According to scientists, to avoid the virus, a very strong mask will need to be applied to the mouth.

Leading researcher Prof. Don Milton says we know that delta diversity is more contagious than alpha. High levels of the virus have been found in the saliva and nose of people infected with alpha variety. There is a high risk of transmitting the infection to other people from the virus that is present in the nose and mouth.

Infected person also releases virus through breath

The infected person also releases the virus through breath. People who are infected with the alpha variant release 43 to 100 times more virus into the air than the original form of the virus.
