Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that inflation is the result of wrong policies of the central government. He said that instead of giving relief to the people of the country, the central government is busy filling its treasury. For this reason, inflation is at its peak in the country.

Gehlot said that the financial management of the states is disturbed due to wrong policies of the Centre. The states have to run the government by taking loans. In federalism the states should be strengthened, but the central government has weakened the states. Gehlot said that the country will be strong only when the states are strong, but the central government is not able to understand this.
