Congress Legislature Party Meeting Over: There is no Such Thing as a Government in the State, says Hooda

The meeting of the Congress Legislature Party was held on Tuesday at the residence of Leader of the Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda in Chandigarh. The meeting ended at around one o'clock. After the meeting, Hooda said in a press conference that there is no such thing as the government in the state. The decision to make recruitment in the university by HPSC and Haryana Staff Selection Board will end the autonomy of the university. It is not in the interest of education. Not as per UGC guidelines. The policy of the government is going to end the independence of the university. All universities have a selection committee and have guidelines.

Hooda said that when the law against copying had come in the last assembly, I had raised the question. Then the whole house made noise, then the government had refused. Hooda also narrated the audio of the debate in the assembly. This decision of the government will be heavy on education. Only MDU has come up at number 76 out of 100 in the rankings released by the UGC. Kurukshetra University is at number 119.

If there is no shortage of fertilizer, why are sisters and daughters in line?

Taking a jibe at BJP JJP's one-grain purchase slogan, Hooda said that bajra was sold for Rs 800 per quintal. Farmers threatened suicide and locked mandis if paddy was not sold. Paddy procurement scam was not investigated, in two years the farmers of Haryana did not buy paddy. If there is no shortage of manure, then why are sisters and daughters standing in line?

On the issue of health, the former CM said that there is no platelets machine in government hospitals. The central government gave 400 crores to Punjab, 98 crores to Himachal for health services. Haryana did not get a single paisa. Because there was no demand. No new hospital was built in seven years. God forbid that the third wave comes. Hooda said that the government has failed on every front and will surround the government on these issues in the assembly session and demand answers.
