District Deputy Secretary of Congress has been Arrested by the police. He is alleged to have shared pornographic videos on social media.
Local Congress leader Pawan Dubey has been arrested in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh. He is alleged to have shared pornographic videos on social media. Pratibha Tiwari, Additional Superintendent of Police of Pendra Gorela area of Bilaspur district, told that the District Joint Secretary of Congress had shared pornographic videos in a group on WhatsApp. The women leaders of Congress filed a complaint against the accused after which she has been arrested.
Pratibha Tiwari further stated that Pendra Gorella and Marwahi's Block Congress officials formed a WhatsApp group. Along with the state leaders, women leaders and many big leaders were also associated in this group. Joint Secretary Pawan Dubey shared a pornographic video in this group. While giving the caption, he wrote that the first trend came after the removal of Article 370.
On the video, the leaders and activists objected to the party officials asking Pawan Dubey to remove the video from the group and apologize to the group. But Dubey did not do so. After which Congress women leaders lodged a complaint against Dubey at the police station. Police has registered a case under Dubey under Section 292 and IT Actor.
