120 grams almonds
3 tablespoons grated coconut
150 grams soaked black dates
3 tablespoons raw cocoa
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 grams soaked cashew nuts
3 tablespoons finely chopped coconut
How to make coconut and chocolate cake recipe:
Wash the dates with water after soaking it for two hours. Put the almonds in the food processor and make powder into it, add some dates and blend it. Now add the ground almonds and the rest of the dates and blend them all.
Take a cake tin and apply coconut oil on its base. Put the ready mix in the cake tin. Press it down flat with a spoon and flatten it. However, be careful not to press it from the corner.
Now once again add dates and cashews to the food processor and blend them. Now add coconut also. Add coconut oil to it so that a smooth paste is formed.
Once the mixture is ready, pour it into the cake tin on top of the powder base. Give a smooth look with this spoon and then keep it in the fridge for about 4 hours.
After being ready, garnish it with chopped cashews, almonds and coconut. If desired, you can also add chocolate syrup. Serve after cutting it into equal slices.
