Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has invited the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to discuss the political deadlock over the Mumbai metro car shed project. Uddhav Thackeray said that unfortunately, who went against us in court? central government!
The Chief Minister said that whenever there are any projects of the Central Government, we give land without any dispute. If they oppose our projects then we should also oppose their projects like bullet train. This land does not belong to the center or the state, it belongs to the people. The center and the state should sit and find a solution.
What is the matter
Let us tell you that the Bombay High Court imposed a stay on the order of the Mumbai Suburb District Collector to give 102 acres to construct a Metro car shed in Kanjurmarg. The court has also prohibited any construction work on this land till the next hearing in February.
The Uddhav Thackeray government had chosen to move this land from Kanjurmarg to a metro car shed out of Aarey, the Center and the state government are very concerned about it.

Center has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court
The Center has staked its claim on this land and has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court against the decision to allot this land for the metro car shed. On the decision of the High Court, BJP had said that Uddhav Thackeray’s government should start the construction of car shed in Aare by keeping its ego edge.
