Clinical Trial of Corona Ayurvedic Medicine Started in Rajasthan

Research is going on worldwide to get a permanent cure for the coronavirus, Companies of many countries are making claims of getting very close to the medicine or vaccine. In the midst of all this, clinical trials have started in India on Ayurveda medicines for corona positive patients. Ayurvedic medicines are being tested on patients of Corona in Jaipur, Rajasthan and the testing of an Ayurveda medicine on 12,000 people has already started in Ramganj, Jaipur. The Union Ministry of AYUSH is conducting this trial in collaboration with the Clinical Research Organization team and it is being told that the National Ayurved Institute, which works under the Ministry of AYUSH, has made four medicines for corona, one of which is named AYUSH 64, The AYUSH Ministry is very excited about it.

The National Institute of Ayurveda Jaipur has started its clinical trial on patients of Corona, whereas this clinical trial is being done on the first stage patients of Covid-19 in a private hospital in Jaipur. Director of the Institute of Ayurveda, Sanjeev Sharma says that this drug was commonly given for malaria earlier, but with some changes in it, it is being given to the patients of Corona as well, he further said that the cooperation of the Clinical Research Organization is being taken to study it. Director of Ayurveda Institute said that its results will be revealed in three to four months but the initial results are looking good. Apart from this, a trial of the immunity booster of the Ayurvedic medicine 'Sambamani Booti' has been started on 12000 people. Two tablets of this medicine are being fed to the people of the containment area like Ramganj in morning and evening, whereas the results will be studied after 45 days.

Actually, the intention of the central government was to conduct the clinical trials in government hospitals in collaboration with the state government, but the Gehlot government has not allowed this. In such a situation, drug trials are being done on the troops, in this regard, State Health Minister Raghu Sharma said that we have sent the file to the Governor for its permission. According to sources, the question is being raised by the Rajasthan government that why the Indian government is not doing its clinical trial in Delhi? Let us tell you that the research is being done at different levels on behalf of the National Institute of Ayurveda and it also has an immunity booster kit and Chyawanprash as well. The trial of about 5000 people living in the high risk zone of Jaipur has been going on for more than 1 month and till now the results are being claimed to be good.
