New Delhi: Anurag Kashyap often brings something new to his films and the same goes with the Netflix film 'Choked'. Anurag Kashyap has presented the relationship of husband and wife and the situation of demonetization with them in such a way that if you starts the film, you will not get up without finishing it. The story of 'Choked' is of Sarita Pillai (Sayami Kher) and Sushant Pillai (Roshan Mathew). Sushant does not work at all and all the responsibility of the house rests with Sarita. They are going through financial crisis and have a son. Sushant also has some debt and Sarita works in a bank.

Nothing is right between Sarita and Sushant. Sarita is fed up with his unemployment and there has been some things related the career between Sushant and Sarita, so nothing is normal between them. But then one day the drain of Sarita and Sushant's house gets jammed and bundles of notes start coming out of it. Demonetisation is implemented in the midst of all this and due to Sarita being in the bank, her neighbours also want to take advantage of her. Just like this, where Sarita gets a lot of money, then there are many problems also. In this way, 'Choked' is a very solid film on the story front.

In 'Choked', Sayami Kher and Roshan Mathew have done great acting, Sarita's character of Saiyami Kher is very strong and she has played with the same strength. Roshan Mathew is also good. At the same time, the direction of the film is also amazing, and Anurag Kashyap has coined and presented this story in such a way that it is not possible to leave it in the middle. This tuning of love and demonetisation must be seen in this phase of lockdown.
