Ingredients for Chocolate Gulab Jamun Recipe:
Khoya – 2 1/2 cups
Chocolate – 4 tablespoons
Cocoa Powder – 2 Tbsp
Chocolate – 1 Tbsp
Baking Powder – 2/3 teaspoon
Water – 3 cups
Sugar – 5 cups
Chocolate Chips – optional 3 tablespoons
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
To make Chocolate Gulab Jamun, first make sugar syrup. Then take fresh grated khoya in a bowl. Add flour, cocoa powder, chocolate, baking powder and mix well. Add water or milk to knead the khoya mixture. Make small soft balls of the same size. If you want, you can stuff these balls with chocolate chips. Heat the oil in the pan and deep fry the ball until it becomes golden. Soak them in sugar syrup.
