1 cup dark chocolate
100g plain butter
100 grams of icing sugar
4 eggs
Half cup maida
Step 1:
First, turn on the oven and pre-heat to 200 degrees. Melt the chocolate and butter separately in the pan and take them out in bowls.
Step 2:
Separate the white portion of the two eggs into the bowl. Beat this and add sugar. Add melted chocolate and butter to the mix and beat again.
Step 3:
Add eggs and maida to the mixture along with the yellow portion. Mix it well so that the lumps do not form.
Step 4:
Pour the mixture into the butter-coated cake tray and after being half-cooked, put chocolate in the center and press it gently inwards. Allow it to bake for a total of 20 minutes and then serve it.
