Chinese Corn Soup: Try this Healthy Soup Recipe at Home

Ingredients:

Half a cup of sweet corn

A quarter cup of water

3-4 chopped garlic

Half inch chopped ginger

Quarter cup chopped white onion

A quarter cup fresh beans chopped

A quarter cup of corn

A spoon vinegar

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Salt as per taste

5 cups of water

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon cornflour

1 teaspoon Spring Onion Greens

2 tablespoons oil

1 cup carrots chopped

How to make Chinese Corn Soup:

1. First of all, make a smooth paste by adding corn and water in a grinder.

2. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When hot, add garlic-ginger. After this add onion and fry it.

3. Now add beans, carrots and corn and fry it. After frying for a while, add corn paste and fry for at least 5 minutes.

4. Add 5 cups of water to it and allow it to boil slowly. Keep mixing with it.

5. Now add salt and pepper powder as per taste and mix.

6. Mix cornflour and water in a bowl. Then pour it into the pan.

7. Now cook on low heat. Then add Spring Onion Greens and turn off the gas.

8. Your hot corn soup is ready.
