A US report on the Indo-China border dispute has pointed to untouched aspects of relations between the two countries. The top US observer of South Asia, Telis, has claimed that Chinese actions on the Indian border have been mischievous. Telis has stated in one of its papers that Beijing has steadily declined in compliance with its obligations on the India-China border. This report said that India has always resorted to peace and dialogue along the border between the two countries, but this view of India has no respect for Dragon. Chinese does not view this attitude of India with respect. The biggest reason behind this is that Dragon has been using these disparate sites to fulfill its strategic interests. The purpose of Dragon is not to settle these disputes. However, the two countries have long been committed to exchanging maps describing the presence in disputed areas.
Telis said the Chinese patrol pattern since the late 1990s suggests that Beijing eventually wants to control the entire Aksai Chin Plateau, on which parts of Ladakh are located. Even though this plateau is not Urvan, this area is of strategic importance to Chinese. Also collect its Ordnance in these areas. In the event of a confrontation between the two countries, China can attack India rapidly from these places. Therefore China will never give up its claims in this area.
This paper claims that in the absence of a map that clearly delineates which areas each side actively controls. Provides opportunities for China to intervene on the Indian border. China claimed the region in the 1950s, but the Sino-Indian rivalry on the border increased after the Cold War. China has blocked the Indian border over a piece of the disputed plot. It is now part of his strategy. China will never accept a clear map because its purpose is to maintain the dispute on the Indian border.
