Chili Paneer is a very tasty appetizer that people like to eat and serve at parties and get-together. This is very easy and is a recipe made in minutes. If your friends are coming for a small get-together then this is the perfect dish. Everyone who likes cheese will surely like this dish. It tastes even better with cocktails or mocktails. If you like vegetables, you can add vegetables like baby corn to it.

Ingredients:

200 gm cottage cheese (Paneer)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 large capsicum

1 large onion

1/2 small ginger

1 clove garlic

3 medium-sized green chilies

1 Tablespoon Green Chili Sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/2 cup refined oil

To garnish:

1 tablespoon coriander leaves

How to make chili Paneer:

 Step 1:

Cut the paneer, onion and capsicum into a square shape on a chopping board. Wash the capsicum pieces in a water stream and keep all the vegetables aside. Now peel the ginger garlic and cut it into small pieces. Cut the chili into two pieces.

 Step 2:

Fry the paneer cubes in hot oil on medium heat till they turn golden brown. Now place a saucepan on the gas on the other side. Add two tablespoons of oil to it and heat it. Add chopped ginger, garlic and chopped green chilies. Saute for few seconds.

 Step 3:

After frying add the diced onions to the saucepan. After frying it for a while, add chopped capsicum, salt, tomato ketchup, vinegar, green chili sauce and soy sauce. Allow the vegetables to cook for two to three minutes. Finally, add the paneer pieces and mix well. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
