How to make Chili Cheese Samosa:
Step 1:
To make samosas, first of all, you have to boil potatoes, for which add potatoes and water in a pressure cooker, and allow 2-3 whistles so that the potatoes boil well.
Step 2:
Now wash the green chili and coriander leaves finely and finely chop them and keep the processed cheese aside also.
Step 3:
Now heat a pan on low heat and add butter to it. When the butter melts, add finely chopped green chilies and fry. Now add mashed potato to it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add coriander leaves and salt to it. Mix well and take out the prepared mixture in a plate and cool it.
Step 4:
Now add mozzarella cheese and grated processed cheese to the potato mixture and mix well.
Step 5:
Now add 2 teaspoons of oil to the flour and add water as required and knead the dough. Now take a small portion of dough and roll it like a small round roti. Then cut it from the middle and divide it into 2 parts.
Step 6:
Now fill the mixture of potato and cheese in one part of the roti and shape it in triangles. Prepare samosas in the same way from the rest of the flour.
Step 7:
Now heat oil in a pan or deep pan on high heat. When the oil is hot, add samosas and fry till it becomes golden brown in color. Take out the prepared samosas on a paper towel or tissue paper to remove excess oil. Serve hot with mint sauce or sauce of choice.
