 Step 1:

To make this kebab recipe, first wash the chicken thoroughly and then dry the chicken pieces to make it easier to marinate.

 Step 2:

Now mix salt, rice vinegar, ginger garlic paste and add chicken pieces to it and keep it in the fridge overnight so that the chicken is well marinated. Now remove the chicken pieces from the fridge the next morning and keep aside for a while by pressing them slightly with the palms.

 Step 3:

Now grate the mozzarella cheese in a bowl and mix it in such a way that its consistency becomes like paste. Now put an egg, fresh cream and cornflour in it and mix all the things well.

 Step 4:

Now pour the marinated chicken into this cream and cheese mixture and mix well. Add finely chopped green chillies, coriander powder and mix. Once again keep this mixture in the fridge to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.

 Step 5:

Now take out the chicken pieces from the fridge and apply it in the skewer and cook it well for about 5 minutes in a tandoor or griller. When the chicken pieces are cooked well, hang them.

 Step 6:

Now brush the butter and refined oil on the chicken pieces and put the chicken back in the oven and cook until it turns a light golden color.

 Step 7:

Your Chicken Malai Kebab is ready, remove it from the sinks and place it on a plate and serve hot with coriander or mint sauce of your choice.
