At the same time, Sub-Inspector Naveen Kumar Jha at Kotwali police station in Patna, Bihar's capital, is sending people back to their homes, not by frightening them with their sticks, instead just by requesting them.  Since the lockdown was implemented, Naveen Kumar Jha's duty has been at the Income Tax intersection of Patna, where he is constantly sending people back to their homes.

During his duty, Naveen Kumar Jha is constantly seen joining his hands (requesting) in front of such people and explaining to them that they should not come out on the streets without any important work.
