Cheese Paratha is a popular breakfast or brunch recipe. Paranthas filled with grated cheese can be served with raita or green chutney.

Ingredients:
3 cups wheat flour
2 cups grated cheese
Red chili powder 4 pinch
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Green coriander leaves 1 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
How to make Cheese Paratha Recipe:
Step 1:
Mix 2 1/2 cups flour and salt in a bowl. Knead soft dough by adding water as needed.
Step 2:
Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes. Mix cheese, red chili powder, green chilies, chopped garlic, cumin and coriander leaves in another bowl.
Step 3:
Make small pieces of dough and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin. Now fill 2-3 teaspoons of cheese in it and fold the sides and make them round. Now add dry flour and roll the stuffed dough on the plate.
Step 4:
Turn on the flame and heat it on medium flame. Put the parathas on the pan and roast it from both the sides till they turn light brown. Now roast both sides of the parantha with ghee.
Step 5:
Paratha is ready after roasting it from both sides with ghee. Now serve it as per your choice.
