Actor Vikram's forthcoming Tamil movie with direct Ajay Gnanamuthu has been titled Cobra, its producers uncovered via motion poster. The film, which stars KGF fame, Srinidhi Shetty, as the leading woman, will see Vikram playing a photographer and wearing upwards of 25 distinct avatars.
The producers are yet to uncover the rest of the cast and team; be that as it may, it has gained from dependable sources that Priya Bhavani Shankar has been signed as the leading lady. The film, which is right now on the floors, has music by AR Rahman.
The project, which denotes the third time association of Vikram and Rahman after Raavanan and I, was officially reported in May. Previous Indian pacer Irrfan Pathan plays the enemy and this task denotes his acting debut.
Created by 7 Screen Studio in association with Viacom 18 Studios, the venture went on the floors in August 2019 and the creators intend to release it in April 2020.
"This film will be a Pan-Indian project catering to the Tamil, Hindi and Telugu audience. It will be produced on a massive scale in association with Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The cast and technicians will have big names of all industries collaborating for this film," read an announcement from the producers.
Vikram is expected to wrap up shooting for Cobra by January 2020. In February next year, he's required to join the sets of Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan, which is right now on the floors in Thailand.
