The government is working on setting up a trust in the next few weeks as per the Supreme Court order on the Ayodhya case. According to the Supreme Court's November 9 decision on the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid case, the formation of a trust or any other suitable body to the central government, its members, the functioning of the trust, the rights of the trustees, transfer of land to the trust and all other necessary things. It was instructed to prepare a plan of necessary provisions.

A Home Ministry official said, "We are working on this matter and the trust will be formed within three months time given by the Supreme Court." Union Home Minister Amit Shah has also said at an election rally in Jharkhand that the construction of Ram temple will begin in the next four months.

In its judgment, the Supreme Court had paved the way for the construction of the Ram temple at the disputed site in Ayodhya and the Sunni Waqf Board to give an alternative option of five acres for the construction of a new mosque at a prominent place in the same holy city of Uttar Pradesh. Instructed the center. The apex court had said that a trust should be set up within three months for the construction of the temple at the respective place in Ayodhya. Hindus believe that Lord Rama was born at this place.
