The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) issued a number of official directives yesterday, April 1, 2020, regarding the problems being faced by students and parents of various classes in the country amid the lock-down situation caused by the coronavirus (covid-19).
CBSE has a notification to promote students from class 1 to 8 to be promoted to the next class, examinations and evaluation of classes 9th and 11th, board exams of 10th and 12th, subjects for board examinations, CBSE schools abroad , Evaluation of answer books of various classes including board examinations, avoid rumors and inform all students by schools Issued a total of 8 instructions. Let's look at all these instructions one by one.
According to the notice of the board, where the work related to conducting classes 9 and 11 examinations in many schools, their evaluation and promotion to the next class has been completed. On the other hand Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, various states / U.T. All these works in government / private schools of the state and schools affiliated to the status board abroad are still in incomplete condition. The board has asked all these schools to promote students of classes 9 and 11 to the next class on the basis of internal assessment, tests and term examinations. Students who are not successful in these procedures can take the test through an online / offline medium.
CBSE did not release any official information regarding the revised schedule of 10th and 12th board examinations, saying that the admission process in various higher education will be announced keeping in mind. CBSE has announced to declare the revised schedule of 10th and 12th board examinations 10 days before the date.
