Know the Rules to be Followed by Candidates before giving REET Exam

Along with the students, the administration has also become fully prepared for the biggest exam reet going to be held in Rajasthan. For 31 thousand posts of teachers, more than 25 lakh candidates from across the country will take the exam in two shifts in REET. In this, 12 lakh 67 thousand 983 candidates will sit in the first level examination. Whereas 12 lakh 67 thousand 539 candidates are likely to appear in the second level examination. For this, 3 thousand 993 examination centers have been set up across the state. During this, free arrangements have been made for the students from food to travel.

  • Key decisions for students

 Examination centers will be opened one hour before

The examination centers will be opened for the candidates one hour before. The centers will be closed half an hour before. After that entry will not be allowed. Therefore the board has urged that the examinees reach the center on time.

A face mask will be available at the examination center

Candidates will not be allowed to carry their masks inside the examination center. They will be given masks outside the examination center itself.

Did not come to take the exam wearing jewelry

Watches, chains, rings, ear tops, lockets, or any kind of jewelry cannot be worn in the examination hall. The wearing of all these ornaments will be banned. Apart from this, bringing a purse, handbag or diary is also prohibited.

Exemption to bring a transparent water bottle in examination

Do not bring any kind of electronic device like mobile, Bluetooth, calculator to the examination center. At the same time, candidates will be allowed to bring a transparent bottle of water with them during the examination.

The exam will be in 2 phases

REET Level-2 examination for classes 6 to 8 will be held between 10 am to 12.30 am. Whereas between 2.30 am to 6 pm, there will be a REET level-1 examination for class 1 to class 5.

Entry will be available in both the exams with the same admit card

Candidates appearing in both the REET level examinations will be able to enter the examination center with the same admit card. Along with this, the candidates can also leave the second level exam after giving the first level exam. However, for this, the candidate will have to take permission from the invigilator.

It is not necessary to have a corona vaccine certificate in the exam

At present, corona vaccination has not been made mandatory during REET. In such a situation, it will not be mandatory to carry the corona vaccination certificate at the examination center at present.

The government will take legal action

If a government employee is found copying during REET, he will be immediately fired. Similarly, if any private institution is found to be involved in any case of fraud or dishonesty, its recognition will be terminated immediately.

University exams were postponed for 3 days

Due to REET, the Higher Education Department has issued an order to postpone the examinations of universities for 3 days. Under this, the examinations to be held in universities from 25 to 27 September will be postponed. The Education Department will announce the date of these examinations separately later.

The ongoing churning on keeping the internet off

In Rajasthan, the decision to shut down the internet during REET will be done at the district level. At present, a decision has been taken to keep the internet off during the examination in Udaipur, Bhilwara, and Tonk in Rajasthan. While in other districts of the state including Jaipur, the district administration is brainstorming on this.

Candidates can travel for free

During REET in Rajasthan from September 20 to 30, candidates and their families will be able to travel for free. For this, more than 20 thousand buses will be operated by the government. Along with this, more temporary bus stands will also be built in each district of the state. So that the general passengers along with the candidates do not have to worry.

Free food will be available at Indira Rasoi

During REET in Rajasthan, candidates and their families will be able to have free food at more than 350 Indira Rasoi across the state. Along with this, food packets will be prepared from Indira Rasoi and distributed by the municipal body and district administration in the far-flung areas.

You will be able to travel for free in metro and low-floor in Jaipur

To reach the examination center during REET in Jaipur, from 25 to 26 September, the candidate will be able to travel for free in metro and low floor buses in Jaipur. However, for this, it will be mandatory for the candidates to carry their admit cards with them.

Exam special trains started

In view of the rush of candidates during REET in Rajasthan, Railways has decided to run 9 exam special trains. Along with this, 42 bogies have been increased in trains on passenger-loaded routes, so that the general passengers along with the candidates do not have to suffer.

Police personnel will be stationed everywhere

During REET, police personnel will be stationed everywhere in all the districts of Rajasthan. Along with this, more than 5000 home guards, 500 border home guards, more than 50 security companies including RAC, MBC, SDRF will take charge across the state.

Drone cameras will be monitored

During REET, drone cameras will be monitored from small markets to main roads across the state. During this, videography will also be done by the police in the city. Which, along with taking legal action against the candidate who creates nuisance or ruckus, will be disqualified in REET.

CCTV will be installed at the examination center

A total of 3993 exam centers have been created in Rajasthan during REET. Where the education department will get videography done from CCTV during the examination. For this, CCTVs have been installed at all the most sensitive examination centers of the state, including Barmer, Sawai Madhopur, Karauli, Dausa, Nagaur, Sikar, Bharatpur, Jhunjhunu, and Jalore. Whereas CCTVs have been installed at very sensitive centers across the state including Jaipur, which will be monitored continuously by more than 100 officers of the Education Department.
