There are so many factors that support our lack of sleep, like when you don't sleep aptly you will feel lesser energetic and athletic the next day. You will definitely feel this change but to ease your this discomfort and to let you escape this there are lifts, escalators that will work as a helper for you. And you will not change your daily sleeping schedule until and unless you are very concerned about your health.
