Rolls-Royce, the British luxury automobile manufacturer, has introduced the Spectre, its first-ever electric vehicle. The image reveals that the design is modern, with a traditional long good and fitted back. However, rumors indicate that deliveries will begin in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2023. Concerning the price, the corporation has made no formal remark, although it might range between Rs 5 and Rs 7 crore.
The corporation also stated that the automobile went through the most rigorous testing methods while keeping auto enthusiasts' preferences in mind. The vehicle is now undergoing a 2.5 million kilometer driving test, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023.
Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Spectre as an 'Ultra-Luxury Electric Super Coupe,' promising the world that it will be the greatest electric vehicle available. In terms of style, the premium vehicle has a split headlight as well as its trademark grille. In terms of the back design, it appears to be another addition to the Rolls Royce family. It will also have the biggest alloy wheel in the Rolls Royce lineup, measuring 23 inches.
This, like every other Rolls Royce, will feature a personalized interior. The WLTP test cycle gives the Spectre an all-electric range of around 520 kilometers. The electric motor is reported to produce 577 horsepower and 900 Nm of peak torque. The electric roll accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds.
Bookings are now open, and the car may be ordered with unlimited customization; deliveries are slated to begin next year.
