According to projections from the human capital management platform Betterplace, the opening of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya could create between 150,000 and 200,000 direct and indirect jobs in the temple town and its environs over the course of the next four to five years.

Professionals from a range of industries, including banking, construction, hotels, hospitality, food and drink, everyday necessities, personal hygiene goods, healthcare, and banking, anticipate a sharp increase in demand for labor as the area develops into a center for religious tourism. Betterplace's expectations are predicated on an estimated 50 million visits per year in the upcoming years. An estimated 10,000–30,000 jobs will be created immediately, taking into account the 100,000–200,000 tourists that are predicted to visit over the course of the next six months.

The banking, culinary services, and consumer goods industries are preparing for heightened activity in Ayodhya, according to economists and employment market researchers, who see the city as a major hub for branding and marketing.

10,000 to 12,000 new jobs will be created

Experts estimate that in the next three to six months, 10,000 to 12,000 new jobs will be created to fulfill the growing demand for snacks, bottled water, and energy drinks. Additionally, 20,000–25,000 permanent and temporary jobs are expected to be added by the hospitality, travel, and tourist sectors each year. These opportunities are expected to be concentrated in front-desk management, housekeeping, hotel personnel, chefs, and multilingual tour guides.

The industry that deals with banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) is anticipated to hire a lot of people. In response to growing demand, ATMs and small branches may be opened. Business executives see that Ayodhya is on their marketing map and expect significant development, especially in the real estate, restaurant, and hospitality industries.
