
Hyderabad-based two-wheeler manufacturing company Pure EV (PURE EV) has launched electric bike in India. The company has claimed a range of 135 kilometers on a single charge of the bike. Test rides are already open for this.
The company has priced the EcoDryft at Rs 99,999. These are ex-showroom Delhi prices, including state government subsidy. The price of Eco Drift will vary according to the subsidy available in different cities and states.
The Pure EV Eco Drift is powered by an AIS 156 certified 3.0 kWh battery pack that offers a range of 85 to 135 km on a single full charge. To charge it, a 60-volt charger has been given. With this, the battery can be charged from 20-80% in 3 hours and 0-100% in 6 hours. The electric bike sports a 3 kW electric motor. Its top speed is 75 kmph.
In terms of design, the EcoDryft is a basic commuter motorcycle that gets an angular headlamp, 5-spoke alloy wheels and a single-piece seat. The electric bike is available in four color variants Black, Grey, Blue and Red.
