
HMD Global has launched its new 5G smartphone Nokia X30 in India. The handset was introduced globally in September. The company says that the phone's frame is made of 100% recycled aluminum and the back cover is made of 65% recycled plastic.
The price of 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variant of Nokia X30 has been kept at Rs 48,999. The smartphone comes with Cloudy Blue and Ice White color options. Pre-booking of the handset has started on the company's official site and Amazon. The sale of Nokia X30 5G will start from February 20.
Display: The smartphone sports a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, which offers full-HD+ resolution. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus has been used for protection. The peak brightness of the phone is 700 nits.
Chipset: For speed and multitasking, the Nokia X30 5G features a Snapdragon 695 octa-core processor with Adreno 619L GPU for high performance. The smartphone works on the Android 12 operating system.
Software: The smartphone has been launched with Android 12 operating system and stock Android UI. The phone will continue to get 3 OS upgrades and monthly security updates for 3 years.
Camera: Dual camera setup is available on the rear panel of the phone. It has a 50MP primary camera and 13MP ultra-wide angle camera. A 16MP front camera has been provided for selfie and video calling.
Battery: The phone has a 4200 mAh battery, which supports 33W fast charge.
Connectivity: The phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security with 5G, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1 and USB Type-C port.
